Members of the Schools Leadership Programme embark on an action-based research projects. The PTI Mark is awarded to recognise progress and commitment. Projects can focus on: teaching and learning; encouraging the recruitment and development of passionate teachers; developing leadership; providing action-based research; or encouraging collaboration.
Our members focus on developing subject provision through effective whole-school leadership
The PTI is a charity that helps teachers and schools in the state sector. By raising funds we are able to subsidise our activities, however we request a contribution from schools to allow us to continue to provide high quality support for teachers.

After the first 18 months, members pay an annual affiliation fee. This entitles you to a free place at our annual reunion day and access to our online teaching resources and research conducted by other members.
