Our School Leadership Programme is a peer network for school leaders to share experiences and embark on research projects. Explore possibilities, refresh your thinking and focus your whole-school leadership strategy around what really matters: teaching and learning.

Award of the PTI Mark

We recognise and celebrate excellent school leadership

Members of the School Leadership Programme embark on an action-based research projects. The PTI Mark is awarded to recognise progress and commitment. Projects can focus on: teaching and learning; encouraging the recruitment and development of passionate teachers; developing leadership; providing action-based research; or encouraging collaboration.
