Our Primary Leadership Programme supports headteachers to enhance and enrich teaching and learning.

We provide an inspirational forum to discuss and explore ways to develop staff expertise and subject leadership in primary schools.

  • The Programme aims to:
  • Encourage high aspirations for all pupils
  • Develop leadership that plays to individual teacher strengths
  • Encourage high-quality subject teaching and deep subject knowledge
  • Provide action-based research
  • Encourage creative leadership, innovation and collaboration

For headteachers, by headteachers
