Subject Enrichment Residentials take place each summer, offering a space for subject leaders from across the country to gain valuable insights from well-regarded speakers.
Explore ways to make a broad and deep study of your subject engaging, rewarding and inspiring for all young people, whatever their ability.
Members of the Subject Leadership Programme set annual objectives across four development areas or embark on a three-year action research project. The PTI Mark is awarded to recognise progress and commitment. The Mark is achieved by focusing on: coherence and a quality of challenge within the curriculum; extending and enthusing pupils with activities that go beyond the curriculum; development and exploration of teachers' own specialist subject knowledge; and raising the profile of their subject within education.
