The PTI wish to celebrate schools that share our values; we believe long-term commitment to embedding The PTI philosophy into educational practice creates real impact. We want to recognise the courage and initiative of schools who empower inspirational teaching and subject specific pedagogy.
"Lydiate Learning Trust strongly believes that high quality professional development is vital to ensure that students receive a first class education. The development of our staff is paramount to achieving our vision and we put a great deal of importance in seeking out cutting edge CPDL to enable colleagues to feel engaged and empowered. The ability to provide subject specific training, delivered by leaders in the field of education, was something that immediately attracted Lydiate Learning Trust to The PTI.
The process of joining The PTI was seamless; the information provided enabled a clear roll out plan and this allowed for the Trust to begin the process of enrolling colleagues at the earliest opportunity. Despite being in the early stages of our journey with The PTI, colleagues are already benefitting from the support that has been offered. The concept of the resource library provides access to a wide array of high quality research, staff are already implementing some of the research and students are beginning to benefit as a result.
As the year progresses, I hope that The PTI becomes the gold standard for CPDL within Lydiate Learning Trust. I am also excited to watch the progress of the Primary Hub; colleagues from our Trust and any affiliated schools, will have the opportunity to access CPDL that is bespoke to the needs of the cohort."
